In the end, it's perfectly clear that although he's really happy for Rod, he realizes he's not completely happy for himself. He sees Rod crying talking to his wife, telling her how much he loves her, etc. Jerry then realizes that he's not complete. He's not complete because he's not with Dorothy sharing that joy. Whenever something truly wonderful happens to you, you want to share it with the one person you love the most. That's who he thought of at that moment.
That's what he means when he tells Dorothy "you complete me."

When they were watching the wedding video, you could see on Jerry's face that he was not amused or, at least, slightly annoyed with the whole thing. It's just his expression that implies that.

Yeah but that was way early on in the movie. People are confused thinking that he still doesn't love her even after watching the ending.
