Both are under the Universal logo
Both evil rulers are blonde haired.
It has something to do with a heart giving immortality to the evil king and queen.(Except that the king already has it and the queen needs Snow White's heart.)
Both Bowen and the Huntsman speak in the gruffest voice ever.
There are some redheaded damsels in both films(Kara and Greta)
The peasants and the 7 dwarves show no love for their ruler!
Level of creepiness in castle dungeons: Einon forcing on Kara vs Finn caressing Snow White.
Some singing: Draco serenading Kara and the Dwarves playing a happy tune.
Both evil king and queen die in an agonizing death!
