Does any one know who was the " scarred one".Any ideas? Is there a book about the movie that can give any clue about Draco's mate?

I like that idea but if you check the subtitles he really does refer to her as "The Scarred One." And I don't think she was actually his mate. Just because they were the last two doesn't necessarily mean they were mates and besides, if she was I don't think he would have been so forgiving to Bowen.
Her status as the only other dragon was recent due to the other dragons being hunted to extinction so there's no specific basis to think her and Draco had any relationship beyond acquaintance. As far as I know there is no official explanation for who she was. She was just another dragon who's defining feature was some sort of scar which I imagine as being across her face.

In the novelization, there is no "Scarred One." In the book, the dragon Bowen kills in that scene is male and called "The Old One," thus negating the possibility of a sequel even existing.
