finally remembered. I was thinking of the movie Doomsday (2008).
These three films make the perfect triple feature. I suggest watching them in the order of Tank Girl > Doomsday > Mad Max:FR if you're planning on watching sober and in opposite order if you're planning on watching them while drinking and smoking.
Should make for quite the triple feature if you ask me.

Watching this now and I thought of Doomsday before I started reading up - but I'd have to go with Barb Wire instead of MM:FR - it's more of the time - mid 90's cheese
