    At about the 29 minute mark Thomas Veil uses I.P. Adress 271.287.291.31 to access the F.B.I. records.
    The address doesn't have a registration or doesn't exist.

      Actually it can't exist, IP addresses are always within 0-255 range 😉

        Yep.
        when it comes to phone numbers, telephone companies generally make certain ranges of numbers available for fictional purposes, but IP addresses are just too scarce. Maybe when IPv6 comes along it will be different.
