Is what good?
Are you asking in general, is it good to torture someone who rapes you, or are you asking specifically about Marcellus' case?
In context, it was good. Butch was allowed to leave town with Marcellus off his back. And all he had to do was leave and let Marcellus and crew deal with the guy.
If I were Butch in that situation, I probably would have left too.
If I were Marcellus, I'd probably just kill the guy and then call the police. Marcellus could have legally killed him and claimed self-defense given the evidence they had against that cop.

I have no problem with that. You do bad things that hurt someone else, you deserve the same happening treatment.
