Sometimes they just warmed our hearts when they showed us just how close they actually are. I thought it would be fun to make a list of all the times the Friends were very sweet to one another.
Phoebe:
Taking a dart in the ass for Ross' monkey.
Pretending to be Ursula so she could let down Joey easy.
Chandler:
Fixing a Santa Claus costume because Ross was having so much trouble finding one. Then convincing Ben to listen to the Holiday Armadillo to learn about Chanukah, making Ross very happy.
Comforting Rachel in TOW The Two Parties and gently handing her over to Ross.
Ross:
Buying a bike for Phoebe because she never had one as a kid.
Monica:
Filling the appartment with candles and surprising Chandler by proposing to him.
Rachel:
Ross' flirting skills hit an all time low when he starts talking about gas to the delivery girl. Rachel feels sorry for him and gets her phonenumber.

Ross:
Helping Rachel with make up and cloths while she had cracked ribs causing him missing an appearance on Discovery Channel - obviously very important for his career.
Rachel:
Her goodbye speech to Monica (in TOW Rachel's Going Away Party) how she was more that a sister to herplus all speeches in this episode for that matter.
Joey:
After moving out from Chandler's seconds later he's coming back and hugging Chandler from behind letting him know how much he means to him.
Monica:
When Joey and Kathy were fooling around and Chandler had already feelings for her he went to Monica's with pillow and blanket very sad and she comforted him hugging himthat was sweet.
Phoebe:
Phoebe's speech to the petri dish with embryos.
Chandler:
When he is hugging Joey after he is upset when Rachel moved out"What's a wolf gotta do to get a hug around here?!"

When he is comforting and kissing Rachel in her forehead when she is upset that she can't have a boyfriend (in TOW Girl from Poughkeepsie)

Ross:
when he is selling cookies for the little girl who broke her leg, and when she couldn't go to spacecamp, made her her own space station.
When he lent Monica money when she couldnt get any from their parents.
Joey:
when he comforted Monica when she realized that the sperm bank wasn't the answer. Also when he helped that pregnant girl have her baby.
Monica
When she took Rachel in and helped her get on her feet. When she helped Joey with an artificial turtleneck. When she showed Chandler the 7 erogeneous zones. When she let Rachel name her baby Emma.
Chandler
When he comforted and reassured Monica in London after that guy had taken her for Ross mother. When he helped Joey with his auditions when he had a hernia. When he tried to lose money to Joey, so hed have some money after Chandlerd moved out.
Phoebe
When she helped Ursulas stalker. When she gave 5000 Dollars to her old friend from the street (TOW the thumb). When she helped Chandler prepare for the job interview. When she sang that Lionel Ritchie Song with Chandler.
Rachel
When she told Ross that Emily was serious about him. When she gave advice to Joeys pregnant sister. -

When he helped Rachel get dressed and missed being on TV

When she returned the wedding dress she really wanted so that she could get the band that Chandler wanted for the wedding
Joey
When he refused to act on his feelings for Rachel, knowing how it would make Ross feel
Phoebe
When she lied and said that the pregnancy test was negative to show Rachel that she really did want the baby
Chandler
Even though he was terrified of dogs, he agreed to go get the dog back when he thought Monica was upset about it -

Ross: when he bought the bike for Phoebe. Mines the same as yours, I just really love it.
Phoebe: When she helps Chandler with the woman he met online. There were many times like that between those two, and it's a shame it changed later in the series.
Rachel: The way she was worried about Joey after he admitted his feelings to her. Very sweet.
Chandler: When he tells the landlord at the apartment Ross goes for that he's a tap dancing pimp, so he doesn't get the apartment so he can stay with them.
Monica: When she helped Joey with his circumcision issue for his audition. She put a lot of work in.
Joey: The way he helped Phoebe cross things off her turning 31 list. These 2 also had a lot of really sweet moments throughout the show. -

Ross- when he told Rachel she deserves so much more/better than Paulo
Chandler- when he was willing to spend his savings on Monica's dream wedding (even though that would have been idiotic)
Joey- when he told Rachel he's never loved anyone the way Ross loves her
Monica- when she took Rachel in and helped her get established
Phoebe- when she pretended to be Ursula to let Joey down easy
Rachel- when she came over to Ross's to tell Mona that they were not a couple even though they were having a child -

Monica-comforting/letting chandler spend the night on her couch so chandler didn't have hear kathy and joey have sex
Rachel- letting Ross know how much Emily liked him
Phoebe- pretending to be Urusla to let Joey down easy
Joey- comforting Phoebe after David left
Chandler- convincing Erica to give her baby to them
Ross - taking rachel to the hospital instead of going to discovery channel thing

Ross~ when he offered to take Rachel to her prom
Monica~ her door always been open for her friends
