Characters Individually:
Would everybody have kids?
Ross and Rachel still together?
Would Joey finally have a successful career?
Chandler and Monica raising kids?
Phoebe a single mom or married or whatever?
In each other's lives?
Would they still hang out and be together all the time?
Would their kids be involved as much as them?
New characters into their life?
New locations?
Would Central Perk still be their favorite place to hang out at?
Other characters:
What would happen with Gunther?
What about the neighbour with the cat?
The Gellers dead?
and so many picture me your views on how the reunion would happen -

Chandler and Mon would just have their twins and be elbow deep in raising them out in Westchester.
Ross and Rachel together and eventually married but with no more kids; just Emma, and she would be spoiled and Ben would come over and actually get to know his sister.
Phoebe and Mike would have one kid (a boy) and would be happy but probably argue a lot over how to raise him (conservative vs. new age).
Joey, being on his own and without his buddy Chandler around, would be forced to grow up. He'd probably get lonely and decide to finally commit to a woman. She'd be very sweet and cook for Joey. -

Ross and Rachel still together? Yes

Chandler and Monica raising kids? Well yeah unless Monica killed them
Phoebe a single mom or married or whatever? Still married with Mike but recently having marital problems
In each other's lives?
Would they still hang out and be together all the time? Not quite but they're trying
Would their kids be involved as much as them? Not really, some of them might even don't like each other which will causes fights between the Friends
New characters into their life? Probably some new major love interest for Joey
New locations? Monica and Chandler's house. Probably new house for Phoebe and Mike if they have childs
Would Central Perk still be their favorite place to hang out at? Yes
Other characters:
What would happen with Gunther? Still working in Central Perk and still in love with Rachel
What about the neighbour with the cat? No idea who are you talking about here
The Gellers dead? Probably the mom dead while the father is having some younger girlfriend (cliche i know) EDIT: Now that I think of, it would be funnier if it was the opposite (dad's dead, mom have a younger boyfriend) -

If you remember the episode ''Blackout'' where they lose the cat and Phoebe, Rachel go door to door and an old man comes out claiming it's his cat. I can't really remember his name but he was always complaining about the noise that came from their apartment. -

The only way I'd want them back is if their lives and kids had become total wrecks in the past decade. Maybe a strange twist that Phoebe has the only stable life, despite her chaotic ways. Oh and the triplets are like brainiacs.

Monica and Chandler live in the suburbs. Monica has her own restaurant Chandler does something with computers. Rachel and Ross live down the road. She's a fashion designer Ross is still a dinosaur teacher. For some reason I see Phoebe and Mike still living in the city with no kids.
Joey is a successful actor living in the city. They try to hang at the coffee house just not as much. They all mainly hang at Ross and Rachel's or Monica and Chandlers house. -

Ross and Rachel would be married with one new child, a boy. Emma and Ethan. Rachel went back to work at Ralph Lauren, but became a stay at home mom after having Ethan. Moved into a slightly bigger apartment in the Village. They have dinner with Carol and Susan a lot, and Ben and Emma are closer. Ross and Susan are besties now.
Monica and Chandler still living in West Chester. Just have the twins, because Chandler didn't want anymore children and Monica didn't think Chandler could handle any more children. She opens her own restaurant in Connecticut. And oversees things but ultimately tries to be with the family.
Pheebs and Mike have one kid, a daughter. Named Sage Isabelle. Mike wanted the first name to be Isabelle, but compromised with Pheebs wanting a new agey name like Sage. He was just glad it wasn't what Pheebs ultimately wanted which was Cassia Juniper. Mike owns his own piano bar now, and Pheebs plays there, and is teaching Sage the bongos.
Joey's acting career fizzled, so he went into Casting and behind the scenes work. Tried his hand at directing his own film, made a documentary "Joey" which failed. But the friends all loved it and have a copy. He is now successful in casting for film and television and is engaged to his longtime girlfriend who is an actress on Broadway. She's pregnant but has not told him yet. He moved into Monica's old apartment.
They all try meet up for big events in their lives, and for the kids lives but ultimately don't see each other nearly as much. -

With Matthew Perry being gone now I don't think they'll ever return, I mean never say never but I personally think they eventually would've returned someday despite them all basically saying no but now I'm not sure anymore
