    When Van Damme fith the bad guy, the hustle around fro a long time , after that van damme shoots the bad guy and suddenly the playing cards jump out of his pockets !!!!!! how could the cards stay in his pocket during all the fight ?????

      I WAS THINKING EXACTLY THE SAME THING MAN!
      I mean; Van Damme's character smashed the guy out of the first floor's window, and then they had a pretty intense fight that ended by VD's character throwing the guy into the windshield of that parked police car causing him to smash it and after ALL THAT tumbling when the bad guy gets shot and dies with a simple fall on the hood of the police car; suddenly the card deck jumps out of his pocket.
      What the hell?!
      And by the way - the "bad guy" was played by Ted Levine who's a great actor, but never really hit it big.
