Do you know what movie of his is impossible to watch since he's gone? Worlds' greatest dad. No explanation anyway; way too sad an example of art imitating life.
The only real negative I can think of saying for Mrs. Doubtfire, is in the very end, when the Late Sandy Beach is sentencing the Late Robin Williams to supervised visits is this:
He brought that on himself! He really only has himself to blame for that. He broke laws, violated court order; yeah that's not going to sit too well with a judge. That is self explanatory. It was his fault it ended that way, especially if the judge found out he poured pepper all over Stu's meal. That would have been looked at as attempted murder. And in the end he couldn't accept it.
But it ends happily enough after that, with Sally Field secretly going back and meeting with everybody in the court to give him five day a week visitation after school like living in after school special. -

That might be a good one, since Robin Williams died just about the same way that his son died, but for me a really hard movie to watch is Patch Adams. Since not only Robin Williams died, but Philip Seymour Hoffman died like what 6 months before Robin Williams did. And plus the fact is that they played college roommates in the film, and who would have ever would have believed it they would both die within 6 months of each other until 2014? Thought I have to correct you the name of the actor that played the judge was Scott Beach, and I didn't know he had died until now and he died in 1996.

He might have and he might not have, there are actors and actress that don't like to watch their own work. I don't know if he was one to have liked or not like watching his own work. And looking back at it he died on February 13th, 1996 exactly one month after he turned 65 years old and his was born on January 13th, 1931 and he also died in San Francisco. But it is not like he has a big part, as he is only in two scenes. The first time when they are gong through the divorce, and the second the scene after the whole Bridges restaurant scene in which Daniel is acting as his own attorney, and he mentions that he was able to fool a lot of people into believing he was a 60 year old woman.
