why "ll" in the title?

At first I thought this was a sequel to some other film, but then realized it's not. Obviously we all know it means "Menace to society" but why the need for the roman numerals?

Looks more street/ghetto. A lot of rappers do the same thing with their names and song titles. Just look at the soundtrack, it's littered with similar "mis-spellings".

That's what I figured, as similar to "Boyz n tha Hood." It's just that the roman numerals in this case is a bit misleading. And thanks!

Those aren't ones. They're Roman numerals. II is 2, not eleven.
