Darn.
They surrendered and those scum sucking turds, just like their son, are still alive.
They may not see their son, who they are so proud of, for a long time.
Certainly never again for him as a free boy/man.

Charges have been brought against the parents. What a strange world it is where a 15 year old child is given a gun
by his parents
as a Black Friday present! Children carrying guns and people who would defend that? I have no words. -

The school warned the parents of how troubled he was on the day of the shooting before it happened and he had the gun with him in his pack.
They didn't ask him where it was and they didn't keep it locked up at home where they could have made sure that he played with it only there.
"Here kid. Have a gun. We don't care what you do with it or where you take it. Really."
The more stories I see like this the more I have yet to be convinced that, "Responsible gun owner," is a true statement.
It's like Bigfoot.
It has yet to be seen and proven.

Yeah, it is just nuts at how defensive the gun nuts get over these weapons that have only one destructive purpose and that is to kill.
That's it and nothing else.
They should be ashamed at being so defensive of that.
Supporting guns encourages more guns to be out there so that we can keep on having mass shootings such as this.
If you have not already I recommend that you watch the excellent movie Bowling for Columbine which attempts to try and make sense of it all.
You can watch it here if you speak the language it has been translated into.

Yeah, I didn't get it either.
Then when I watched it or part of it again it was where he was talking to these Canadian teen age students and what they said made some sense to me.
That in Canada, where they also have a lot of guns, they don't feel the need to use them to settle disputes or to take out their anger on others as they do here in the USA.
The USA does tend to have this overall hateful, negative and much more heavy kind of arrogant and self righteous feeling, vibe or energy than other countries that just feel better to be in.
Why that is or why we have this negative, heavy attitude, I dunno.
I don't think those feelings are going to change and so we should make guns illegal because that will be the easier solution to ending violence as long as those two things are a bad mix and we are going to continue to have gun violence until guns are banned and illegal.
We will never care to get along with each other and solve our problems in peaceful and non violent ways.
