After the old guy invites Spartan to Taco Bell you can see Huxley get very excited. Why? If all restaurants in the future are Taco Bell then wouldn't it be the most boring thing ever eating at the same place all the time?

But if they all serve different types of food then Huxley wouldn't know which Taco Bell Dr. Cocteau was inviting them to. So why would she be so happy if she didn't know it was going to be a good restaurant?
The movie said Taco Bell won the franchise wars. A restaurant franchise generally serves the same types of food in each restaurant. The only time it really differs is if it's located in another country. -

Do you seriously think that someone of Cocteau's stature and means would take them to a hole in the wall?
And while yes in the real world the term 'franchise' means restaurants that serve the same standardized food, this is a future where it would not be inconceivable that Taco Bell has acquired some kind of blanket trademark rights for the restaurant industry, to where any and all restaurants, regardless of their menu, must be named Taco Bell and kick back franchise fees.
