That between a jewish guy and italian guy from NYC, the italian one has the lawyer in the family?!!
That type of joke deserves a better set up and punchline in the movie. -

I forget, because it has been so long.
But, if I remember correctly, they never got much into the "back story" of the second defendant, the Jewish kid.
Right?
We got quite a bit of back story on the Ralph Macchio character, since he was Vinny's nephew.
But I don't recall much if anything about the background and back story of the Jewish friend and accomplice. -

Didn't the Jewish guy say his parents were in the Chilean mountains and there's no way he could contact them? They may have had a great lawyer!
