    What a kook.
Demands to be top-billed for a supporting role (did the same with 'Superman'), leaves everyone guessing whether he'll turn up for the shoot, and then post-release berates the film for presenting Columbus as a hero and downplaying his part in the subjugation of Native Americans (as if he didn't know what stance the film would take on the subject). After Brando refused to permit the Salkinds to use footage of him for 'Superman 2' I'm amazed they still wanted to work with him. It's not as if he'd been relevant since the 1970s.

        Hey Harvey,
When you say Brando is a kook, I assume you are just being kind. While he certainly made a few films in which I thought he was a good actor, I thoroughly disliked most of his films where he mumbled his way through. Yes, he was a kook, morally bankrupt, and grossly overrated as an actor. He was also overrated as a human being.
        Best wishes,
        Dave Wile
