The festival is called the 'San Sebastian Street Festival". It is held on the third weekend of January. The 2013 San Sebastian Festival will be Thursday, January 17 to Sunday, January 20.

I'm going to take a guess that the cast and crew stayed at the El Convento Hotel, 100 Calle del Cristo in San Juan. It's high class and is right near where they filmed.

the pink building with the fancy woodwork, behind the running Caroline, is the "Edificio de la Aduana", which is a US Customs headquarters. It's in Old San Juan, 1 Cil la Puntilla.

In the same area is tourist office that Caroline ran into, which was pink. It is actually the San Juan Centro de Informacion Touristica, and is now yellow.

Outstanding post! My wife & I have been to San Juan a few times & we love it. I've always tried to figure out where things were filmed.I had a general idea but wasn't sure, now I know. This is really cool, thank you

Check for some recent edits about "St. Haag".
It seems really coincidental that both of the locations of the street festival were represented in "360 Cities" panoramic views. There are only a few 360 Cities panos for Old San Juan and they seem to be mostly for prominent locations. The two I cited were off the beaten track, so there may have been a special reason for themmy guess would be just because of
