He was the only blond male I could see in any of the San Juan Festival scenes.
There's a boy at 1:06:57 and 1:08:04, screen left, blue shirt, who appears to be fascinated with him. Puerto Ricans must see blond tourists, but maybe not that close up.
Female blondes may be more frequent in PR but they are probably bottle blondes.
