I can't help but like Captain Ron. Sure it's no Citizen Kane but Kurt Russell really sold it imo, and Martin Short was pretty good here as well.
It's just a fun and goofy late 80s/early 90s movie, but it delivers the goods.
..or at least I think so lol -

As it should be.
When I first saw it in the theaters, I rated it 7/10. Now I rate it 10/10. It's a fun movie with beautiful scenery.
