I give him a 5. He had pros and cons. I was against most of his policies, but he helped end the Cold War with Gorby. Unfortunately now a Fascist is in power in Russia, but Fascists always lose in the end; look at the former guy!

A president who genuinely loved America, something I don't see in most Democrat presidents, who are always quick to find fault in America rather than any positives. He handled the ATC issue beautifully, he was stronger than anyone against the old USSR, his incremental tax cuts did increase revenue as he predicted and the GDP we saw under him was simply astonishing. His speaking skills were superb. None better. 9/10
