I also liked the original series very much, so when I first saw the spin-off, I didn't think I was going to like it. However, as I watched it, it grew on me, so that now I like "Again" as much as the original series.
I wonder how "Again" would have faired if Mr. Lucas had been in it

Well that's easy! He'd had been trying to convince Mr. Humprhies to swap places for him where to sleep so he'd had been in the bed when Mavis crawled in! lol!
