I enjoy this type of humor. Anyone knows more movies with a similar setup please???

    I own you.

Analyze This, with Robert De Nero. Great movie. Not as out of bounds as the Bob film.

I hope it doesn't have any dirt in it (sex, profanity, toilet humor), like Bob film. Thanks for the suggestion.

        I own you.

There is some profanity. .. (nothing you haven't heard before) being a film about a gangster trying to get some help from a psychiatrist. You can read the synopsis on Wikipedia.

If you have no problems reading subtitles I would recommend "Elling".
It's not the same type of humor, but it's about the same kind of mental illness and it has some great characters.

At the moment, I can only think of two. One is a "fish-out-of-water" scenario, with a main character who really annoys one person yet charms everyone else. That's "My Cousin Vinny", though it doesn't deal with phobias or anything too psychological. Vinny (Joe Pesci), a very unconventional lawyer incessantly rubs the judge (Fred Gwynne) the wrong way yet it turns out he's quite the ace in court.
Another great comedy is "Death at a Funeral". It's also directed by Frank Oz but takes place in England with a primarily British cast, who attend a funeral service at the oldest son's country house. Everything goes wrong, beginning with the funeral directors bringing the wrong body to the house.
There is very little swearing, except the mild sort when things go wrong and the humor is quite "dark" at times, but somehow, that makes it funnier.

                  Don't get me wrong
                  It might be unbelievable,
But let's not say so long
