Did anyone else feel the puppet scene between Dreyfus and his daughter was just AWKWARD? "Hello? I can't hear you Annawoohoo!"

EXTREMELY awkward. That was the purpose. What an odd relationship Leo has with his kids that he has to lecture them through puppets. Also the puppets are on the fireplace mantel. How awkward. It's like a parent hanging a paddle on the wall for all to see when they walk in the house. How embarrassing.

Read the thread that talked about Leo's problems. Bob's problems are obvious and he admits to it but Leo has his own problems but won't admit to any of them. So the puppet is just another of Leo's narcissistic approach.

The in-joke is that the director was one of the original Muppeteers-Frank Oz.
