For trivia's sake: I don't know the answer to this.
Does anyone know who the woman was whose face was used as Frederica Bimmel so often in photos? I can't find a reference anywhere.

The IMDb FAQ says "Rosie O'Donnell", but I'm guessing that's someone's idea of a joke…
During the autopsy scene, was the body a dummy or a real actress?
