Love this movie. Grew up with it. Can't believe I hadn't thought of finding the message boards sooner. Of all the things I love about this film (Marlboro's boots, for example) and all of the questions I may have about the movie; I really just want to know is Tom Sizemore actually speaking Japanese at the end? (During the video conference)

I gotta say, I think he's making it up. It sure doesn't sound real. But maybe he's fluent, I don't know.

I'm 99.99% sure what comes out of his mouth would be jibbrish for any Japanese. Having said that, it is possible that he tried to reherse the actual lines in Japanese, but totally botched everything.
To me it sounded like "fu it, I'm not even gonna try to pretend, cause it's impossible for me to pronounce that".
Or, could well be for a comedic effect, since the whole movie was so over the top.
