Look at the startling similarity between the two on the cover of this one. It's uncanny.

I recently saw this movie over the weekend. That's what I was thinking the whole time I was watching it. Mickey Rourke's resemblence to Bruce Willis was scary

If Mickey Rourke looks like Bruce Willis then it makes Don Johnson look like Chuck Norris

it was once said that willis copyied rourkes style to a tee, and whether you beleive that or not i don't know, but even scenes in angel heart where he talks about tuesday as the "anything can happen day" the two actors mirror each other entirely. However the way rourke says it is similiar to how willis says some things as john maclane in "die hard with a vengence." However the conspiracy theory that willis copyied rourke could be taken into account considering "die hard with a vengence" was made years after angel heart

well rourke was acting long before willis, and willis was most probley a fan of rourkes acting style at the time. - its just that when rourke for some strange reason went to boxing??? and willis picked up big style with the die hard franchise, and the other stuff he did, it made you think that rourke copyed willis!! maybe this is some crackpot theory but it just shows how actors are fans of actors. either way they both did full circle and stared in Sin City though they had a split second appearence in a scene together id like to see rourke as the bad dude in die hard 4
but yeah they did look alike before Rourkes plastic surgery

I recall when I thought of Bruce as just "this TV actor who looks like Mickey Rourke". I was a HUGE fan of "the Mick".
                    Now, Bruce is hugedeservedly so.
Anyone who KNOWS about Mickey's plastic surgeryplease tell me details. No guessing or supposition, please.

I like both Bruce Willis and Mickey Rourke, and yeah, I always thought they looked a lot alike as well. When I heard they were both going to be in Sin City, I was hoping we would get to see some dialog between the two. I would like to see how these two actors play off each other. But all we got was that one little moment where Rourke turned around to see Willis walk into that club. Bummer!

This would have been a lot more fun with Bruce Willis as Harley Davidson. Mickey Rourke looks embarrassed here, and who can blame him?
