As the sitcom staple, the character too stupid to function if the show was real, Cody seemed to get most of the best lines, and always delivered them in a "surfer dude" voice.
[looking through a telescope]
Cody: Hey, I think I see Saturn.
Mark: What makes you say that?
Cady: I can see the golden rings.
Mark: Let me seeThose are the Golden Arches of McDonald's.
Cody: They opened up one on Saturn? Man, those guys are everywhere!
[nervous about the results of Dana's pschological profile of him]
Cody: What if I have like a million different personalities, but they're all exactly alike?
[re: "Here Comes the Bride" at Frank and Carol's wedding]
Cody: Deja vu! They played this same song the last time I was at a wedding.

Yeah! It was crazy, like suddenly the audience, especially the girls loved when Cody came into the house! I think that the creators and producers never expected that. I think that once they saw he was getting popular with girls and they'd scream when he first had a scene, they were on to something!
