Lol, obviously you didn't read anything the OP said. He wrote a script that he wants to pitch to producers and wants to film a scene from it to tickle their fancy. If they like what they see they will take over funding, copyrights, etc. It's just a pitch. The OP isn't talking about making an unauthorized movie.

You don't need 90k to make a teaser trailer to raise funds for the real movie. You can make it for 10-20k at best.
