This movie is something of a guilty pleasure I admitwith all its 80s cheesiness!
But I really like the background music playing when they are scrambling over the ruins in the street in Beirut (?) near the end of the film trying to locate the Stinger missiles.
I don't think it's on the official soundtrack, that's mostly just the soft rock nonsense that plays through the film.
Any idea what it might be called and where I could get a copy..?
Much obliged. -

The soundtrack of the score was released by Intrada. Go to this link here: (
http://store.intrada.com/s.nl/it.A/id.6862/.f
) and click on "track list", where you'll find the track "Beirut", I think that's the song you're after.
I found the soundtrack on ebay, from Germany :

.
ps It's a great soundtrack full of some really melodic tracks. It was composed by Sylvester Levay, famous for the Airwolf theme.
State of the bad ass art
