A large part of the film was shot at Lincoln High School in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle.

A couple scenes were shot at West Woodland Elementary School in Ballard, too. Me and a bunch of other students were extras in a couple scenes when I was 10 yrs old. I haven't seen the movie yet and just remembered recently that I even did this, so I don't even know if those scenes are actually in it.

Yea, most of this was shot in "Los Angeles" tho because i remember being on location for several scenes of this movie, (the director is my cousin) including the robot ascending the ladder scene, towards the end. it was awesome. hehe.

I was flipping through the channels this morning and I came across the same slanty office used for the faculty meeting to introduce the droids being used in some kids movie called 'In the Doghouse' as the offices of some movie producers. Apart from the furniture the location was identical.
Useless information but I thought I'd share.

Hey - When I lived in Seattle I was an Extra in this Movie. I was only on the set for 1 Week since I was working at the Broadway "Fred Meyer" at the time so I was working grave yard at "Fred's" and then going to the set for about 14 hours a day if I remember. It was the most fun thing I ever did. I was a student and you can see me about 5 times in the movie. I'm wearing a green coat and brown hat. You can see me two times really good once by Tracy Lin walking in the Hallway and by the Office. I think you may see me in the Rape Scene if I remember correctly. I had such a good time. I have the two huge movie posters and the VHS and DVD's. Its been a while since I watched the movie. I don't think they put our names in the credits. I may still have my check stub from my week of working. They asked me to stay for the gym scene but I had to go to work at my real job. Lol
I wonder if the director has our names on a list? Can you ask your cousin?
