It is quite obvious that they have stockpiles of video cassette tapes that were submitted for the years while they were popular, that they are just airing now. So many are just the same thing over and over, and the lowest of the low in comedy. Even crappy phones have better video quality.

I can't believe on YouTube some uploaders still upload in crappy 240p, 360p or even YT's crappier 144p. You should at least upload in 480p, but better still at least 720p so it can be at the lowest level of HD.

I have submitted two videos and I was surprised with the long process. There were a lot of forms fill out especially for minors. One video was just of my son trying pop rocks for the first time yet I had to fill out page long forms for each kid in the background who spoke. Plus since they were not my kids I had to put in their parents email for their parents to fill out the form too. My point is people these days are lazy and may not want to take the time to do all this.
