In the scene where Bob is calling her to hire an assistant, she has a bandage on her lip where the mole is, implying she finally had it removed.

I thought it was odd to not mention it.
Really, what purpose did it have?
I have a feeling that quite a bit was cut from this movie.
They also go to the trouble of setting up the friendship with the lady at the nursing home really just to have her help Rosanne open up their business. They spend time showing them clean up the building, etc, and really all that served was so that the husband got a tougher judge. Then they don't show the nursing home friend again.
The scene in Time Square was cool though, because you can see the Batman logo from Batman (1989).

I think having her mole removed was to make her more attractive, and by the end of the movie (when everyone else's lives were in shambles) she was looking her absolute best.
