    I swear when watching this in the theater during the scene when Marty is hiding under the desk I heard it.
    Other example of theater experience differing. Hot Tub Time Machine the fat kid said "yo Tiger don't text those chicks"

      It could be the Mandela Effect, charli3. I personally don't remember any farts in that scene but given Strickland's character and all I can see why a fart would add good comedy to that scene.

          I 100% remember that happening too when I saw it in the theater.. which is why I'm googling it 30 years later and I'm here..
