Here are some of mine:

1st/2nd grader chokes on Jolly Rancher candy and his friend uses Heimlich maneuver on him
babysitter calls 911 when a 3-year-old boy is accidentally stabbed by his 6-year-old sister. They were going to watch a video and she told the girl to get a knife to cut the plastic from it; the little girl got a butcher knife and ran through the house with it, stabbing her brother, who was also running.
boy gets trapped under garage door. Probably not long after that, they were changed to "sense" if something was in the way.
William Shatner talks to a class about using 911 properly. Can't remember what grade they were in, though.
I think with the Dalmation one, he got a racquetball stuck in his throat. Either the paramedic or a family member just reached in and pulled it out; it was covered in vomit. EWWW!
