Guess I'm messed up but what about a gory hole. They guy puts it ingets something going unbeknownst to him the whole wall is a facade and after a while of moaning, the wall opens up as a huge klown maw, and then eats him.
Guess the klown sucking on the blood straw is what got me thinking about that. The engineering for the scene was just too believable. Yuck.

I said Klown Maw eating the idiot trying to look or do something nasty with something sticking out of a hole in a wall or restroom divider

But that has nothing to do with clowns. Unless you were exposed to some really messed up clowns as a child.
