Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Killer Klowns from Outer Space

This is the main reason why killer klowns from outer space 2 has not happend yet!
A few days ago mgm has reported to be bankrupt and are selling there movie logo as well as there library of over 4000 movie titles.
Some of there movies are in danger of not happening or being delayed to be released at a later date.
But i'm sure mgm will find a way to get out of debt and still be able to give the chiodos the money they need to do killer klowns from outer space 2.
It's only just a matter of time folks, i bet by mid to late 2011 they will get the money to make the sequel.
    Well let's hope so.

That is good to hear but that is not good that they are going out of business though. I would love to see other movies from MGM. They made a lot of classic movies.
