What exactly happened to her face? I don't remember them saying in the movie how her face got like it was.

probably not, but that's what they said in the movie. In the commentary, they're laughing at it and saying that they disfigured her face to make it less blatant that it was a different actress.

Yeah, I mean, I wasn't surprised by anything by that point of the movie, but I was curious as to why her face looked like she'd dunked it in acid. The movie may have had a cooler ending if she got out of her wheelchair and ate Ricky's brains, crazy zombie style.

My theory: Mother Superior suffered a stroke while cooking breakfast, which caused her to fall face first onto a hot waffle iron.

What I wanted to know is why in the world she moved into a house with 666 as the address. The filmmakers might've thought it was cute and an amusing joke, but Mother Superior would've NEVER lived in a house with that number. It would be unthinkable. Oh well, I suppose it has no bearing on the quality of the movie as a whole.
