This one had hardly any screen time/lines for Hightower or Hooks.
I'm just going from memory, but wasn't Hightower's last on screen moment during the "Yama-yama" scene? -

Hooks usually never does have that much to do in the movies. I think Police Academy 5 and 6 had the most Hooks screen time.
Hightower was last seen in front of the Academy when Harris was boasting about how the COP program was cancelled because they screwed up the Police sting.
