Noone else has mentioned this yet but my theory after the ending is that the baby is Lucifer's. Right before the sex scene she says the baby is the resultof a ritual named mounted by the spirits or something like that. My take on it was that he was having weird possessed-by-Lucifer-sex, as he was being toyed with / punished for "borrowing" angels soul and living on borrowed time.

That's a fair observation. In the very end of the film when the detective tells Angel "You're gonna burn for this", the little boy's eyes glow the same as Lucifer's did in Margaret's apartment.
