Great episode and premise, but they totally got the space time continuum thing wrong….
Tasha goes back 22 years with the Enterprise-C and it gets destroyed. This means Tasha never went to Starfleet academy in the 24th century, never was assigned to the Enterprise, never was killed in the Skin of Evil episode.
No one should have been able to remember her except Guinan.

She traveled back in time after those events happened in her lifetime. It wouldn't change them. It's still her personal past.

        This is incorrect.
No matter how much time looping she does, Tasha was always born in 2337, and she will always die on both dates in both timelines.
