Thanks to him in charge, the world will go poof in a nuclear firestorm before 2020. Wave goodbye to the planet!

I don't want to burst anyone's precious bubble, but TNG is FICTION.

Well, when did WWIII canonically occur? Ended in 2023, right?

But given that Conspiracy is non-canon, and the TOS pilot itself is non-canon (how can a pilot be non-canon???)
if the truth is that the TOS pilot IS canon, but the rest of Trek is non-canon
Well, I'm not really sure what it means anymore.
Trump was certainly never part of the script.
              (Well except on the Simpsons)
I don't get it. This guy is delusional.
How can you win an election in a landslide, while declaring the election rigged???
Hillary did his delusions a disservice by conceding. She should have went with his own delusions and declared that indeed, the election has been rigged.
              (Russia hacking the election?)
Only thing I find funny is they said she lost all the voters that Obama gained eight years ago. She lost the D nom to Obama. People didn't want her eight years ago. Why would they want her now?
I think that's what really happened.
IIRC the only President this ever eventually worked for is Nixon.
Yes that Nixon. The one that resigned before the country had the chance to forcibly remove him.
Still think either candidate would have eventually been impeached anyway.
No one already in political office wants Trump there. Next four years might be interesting.

i think he meant because the media was against him it was rigged. he would have won by a bigger landslide if it wasn't rigged

                  Baloney.
Hillary won over Bernie Sanders BECAUSE the media rigged the DNC for her as well.
Hillary still won the popular vote in 2016, even though the Democrats didn't want her, even back in 2008.
If Bernie had won the D nom without the media interfering for Hillary, Bernie would have mopped up the electoral college as well against Trump.
Hillary did the Democrats a disservice by running again. They did not want her eight years ago, there was no reason they'd want her now.
I fully believe Bernie Sanders would have also gotten the electoral college.
Even with Dems not wanting Hillary, she still won the popular vote.
This is not a "divided nation". The Democratic Party didn't gives Dems a person to vote for.
Both parties completely FUBARed this election. But the media is only reporting the GOP egg on the face with Trump.
Hillary shouldn't have run again. But no one in the media is going to say that.

Yeah Foe and with upcoming elections in certain EU countries next year looks like the populist vote is going to be inspired by this and the Brexit. Back are the days of Dr. Strangelove and M.A.D. .

I have mixed feelings about the whole thing. I was never a Trump fan, and I never really liked the Clintons either. I have little faith in either of the major political parties, and there's no significant third party which strikes me as viable or even all that much different.
Trump does seem to rock a lot of boats. There's been a lot of talk that the Clintons were too locked in to the establishment, which has grown largely out of touch with the direction and pulse of the "great unwashed." In a way, this kind of divide is played out on some of these message boards and blogs, as there are people who argue with each other incessantly and demonstrating that there's absolutely no way in hell any of these embittered rival factions will ever see eye to eye or compromise on anything. That's what this election is showing.
It should be interesting to see how this plays out, particularly since Trump has a Republican congress to work with, yet there's still some bad blood within the GOP regarding Trump. It's not the unified "brotherhood" that once existed under Reagan. Trump may find resistance within his own party.

TRUMP is probably more democrat than republican if you really look at his views since the 80's
he wants to fix the economy, immigration, infrastructure etc. he will do it just to prove he's right. he won't destroy the world lol. no worries

In the decades I've been a registered voter, I've never had a candidate I wanted to win, just the lesser evil.
As for this election, it was the worst selection yet. I don't know what Hillary could have done about the email and Benghazi scandals, but she definitely made a mistake focusing on the sexual harassment claims on Trump. Everyone knows if that bothered her she wouldn't still be married to Bill.
And yes, even though he was on their ticket, a lot of the Republicans in congress don't consider Trump to be a part of their party. Doesn't matter much. Whether they vote according to Republican interests, Democrat interests, or their own selfish interests, they don't tend to vote for the country's interests.

Trump and ST do have something in common. His hair, that is straight out of science fiction. Can't be of this wor5ld. All kidding aside, I believe that to be his real hair, because with all his billions of dollars, I refuse to believe that he would pay money for that thing. He has 100 yards of head and only 30 yards of hair. I understand the reason Ivana divorced him, she got tired of tripping over his bottom lip.
Look Hillary has to be the stupidest politician ever, she couldn't beat a novice like Obama 8 years ago and she couldn't beat Trump, who had less politician experience than Obama had 8 years ago. She's pathetic and I hope she goes away for good this time.
Spenser with an "S", like the poet.

Bill was even more like Trek though.
He boldly went where no man has gone before
(I mean, they do have Chelsea, so they did mate at least once, no?)
So Hillary's probably had sex, once in her life. I bet she hardly even got wet.
