Where exactly did he come from? As a kid I didn't watch the show regularly though I saw quite a bit of it, including several of those Bubba episodes, but I never saw Doofus when it was rerunning on TV, and just got around to the DVD's first listed episode with him, the Courage Cosmos whatever episode, WHERE did he come from?

He was their neighbor. That was pretty much the only explanation we ever got. I just realized that his parents had to have been pretty rich also to have lived next to Scrooge McDuck.
