I was watching the Revenant and was thinking if they ever remade this film Tom Hardy would be a perfect Barnes and Decaprio would be a perfect Ellias. Who would make a good Taylor?

Probably somebody like Toby Maguire. He invariably comes across as the kind of green and clueless cheese dick you'd expect. Then at the end he could dip into his role in Brothers.
