Looks more like Henry Thomas when he was in Cloak & Dagger, IMO.

Yes! Every time I saw the poster or cover art to this movie, I ALWAYS thought it was Henry Thomas in the movie. I only recently saw the movie for the first time, and was disappointed that he wasn't in it.
