      i actually like the film quite a bit, even though I don't think it's a particularly GOOD movie. I went to see it because I'm a huge John Carpenter fan. I was disappointed to see his involvement was so minor in the final product, but I do like the movie anyway.

        I found this film to be quite enjoyable. It's a fun little Grade B action thriller that does the trick in a pleasingly efficient manner. I especially liked Tommy Lee Jones' wryly amusing performance as the craggy anti-hero, plus Linda Hamilton offers nice support as an ace car thief.

          And it was fun to see that in the future we will all drive cars that have so many blind spots it's impossible to parallel park them anywhere.
          Yup, that film was entertaining.

            I watched it and if I didn't already know I would have guessed JC was involved somehow although somewhat limited which was a real shame. I wonder what it would have been like if he directed it himself?
