This may sound stupid but I don't get what it is he's talking about when he's looking out the hotel window and says 'go washing you back side, right'?

He's talking about the bidet in the bathroom. He finally figured out what it's for, so he runs to the window to tell her, something like, "It's to wash your backside, right?"
I blame autocorrect.
