Some chick that looked so much like Julianne Moore I went back and watched it frame-by-frame to see if it really was her.
Don't think so but strong resemblance. A slightly banged up Julianne Moore.

The woman looks pretty aged mid to late 30's. She might have been a commercial model at the time; Tim Burton and Paul Reubens picked. she is not listed in the credits nor uncredited. What a shame.
