I crack up laughing when Twisted Sister are performing " Burn in Hell ", and it shows the man dressed as Father Christmas/Santa Claus and the dinosaur on the sleigh, chasing after Pee Wee, and the dinosaur falls off the sleigh !. I don't know why , but there's something funny about a Father Christmas/Santa Claus being there while a band are performing a song about burning in hell lol ! xD. And the way the dinosaur falls is funny. It's also funny when Pee Wee says " how ya doin ? " , as he rides past the band on his bike. And the part just after that makes me laugh, when Pee Wee does a " Tarzan " noise, as he swings across the water, and then the guy who is chasing him also does a " Tarzan " noise, and falls into the water !!. Does anyone else find those parts funny ?.
Also, i used to find the Large Marge scene scary when i was little ( when her face changes ) but now i think it's hilarious !!.

Yes, the Twisted Sister part was funny. I like the sissy-voice super hero and the low voiced maiden, myself. I like the Hollywood version of PeeWee's story also.

I think one of the most unintentionally funny parts of the movie is when Simone and PeeWee are watching the sunrise and Simone is talking about dreams. She says, "No, not that kind of dream. I mean a dream you dream about all the time. It keeps you going, dreaming about it." Then her voice drops like FIVE OCTAVES and she says "Did you ever have a dream like that?" Sometimes my parents and I will call each other on the phone and make our voices super-manly and say that line!
And I know Pee Wee's cameo in his "movie" with James Brolin is supposed to be bad, but I laugh so hard when he says "P.W. Herman" and then keeps moving his lips because it's so obviously dubbed. Hilarious!

I love that little sound Pee-wee makes when he knocks over the line of motorcycles at the biker bar.

I just had to post a link to the Twisted Sister scene xD. Here it is http://youtu.be/hUsafOL0kew . It's a shame that the part with the Tarzan noises isn't on that clip, as that part is straight after the Twisted Sister part .
I agree about the part where Simone's voice goes lower when she is talking about dreams with Pee Wee, and Pee Wee's cameo in the film about his life, and about the little sound Pee Wee makes when he knocks the motorbikes over, and about the part with the super hero and maiden's voices.
Another part that makes me laugh is when Pee Wee is dressed as a woman xD. The " Tequila " scene is funny and brilliant too !.

and then keeps moving his lips because it's so obviously dubbed.
Actually, I think he's moving his lips because he is reading the cue cards for the other actors. He is doing everything wrong that extras in a movie are told not to do. He keeps staring at and glancing into to camera and he shuffles his way into the background of the scenes. And, of course, he mouths the dialogue of the other actors.

That reminded me of the stories about Will Smith memorizing the scripts on the Fresh Prince of Bel Air and then mouthing his co-stars' lines so he'd know when it was his turn to speak.

I like the way Pee Wee storms up to Francis' house and knocks on the door in a weird way and waits to be let in. I did that in high school a year after this film came out when I had to drop off something for my math teacher.

I just like how the soundtrack is playing this furious, Stravinsky 'Rite of Spring'-style music as Pee-Wee pounds on the door with that matchstick arm of his!
I saw this in the theater when it came out - the audience was really into it, people shouting "GET'im, Pee-Wee!" during this scene.

I laugh at the Pee-Wee/Mickey scene in the car when Pee-Wee says life is unfair and Micky barks at him "YOU TELLING ME??", and the way Pee-Wee looks at him cracks me up
Also when he drives the car off the cliff and as soon as it hits the ground Micky immediately kicks him out
                              crash
                              "OUT!!!"

In addition to most of what's been written already, I like the bit when Pee Wee calls Dottie after he craps out at the Alamo and he proves to her he's in Texas by baiting the crowd to sing "deep in the heart of Texas!" followed by his goofy laugh.
