anyone with arf a brain can tell they threw the music in "To rope the kids into seeing this movie" cynical marketing beep Electronica and disco do not belong in a movie like this. As a fan of prog rock-i shudder at this ploy to gain market shareIT really is bad music even as standalone

And yet it took you 29 years to determine this? This movie will live long after you 'arf brain' is long gone. Good night.

Are you stupid? The soundtrack was produced by Alan Parsons and influenced by the Alan Parsons Project which is actually aPROG rock band! I do like prog rock but most of it is crap, like TAPP. You're probably their biggest fan even though you apparently had no idea thery were involved with the score

Dead right. I will admit I did not really notice until the second viewing when the stench in the ear was almost overwhelming.
