Rae Dawn Chong was good. I don't see how you can say she "makes this film" when it had Arnold Schwarzenegger, Vernon Wells and Bill Duke. The whole cast was excellent.

She made for a perfectly spunky comic foil to Big Arn. You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.
