I hate the housewife and how she has that old, ignorant hateful attitude towards cats, and the cat in the shocker is cruddy to watch too. But that mother could make you hate her in real life just because she was horrible in the movie!

I didn't like that either, but I guess it was necessary to the plot. And I have known people who feel that way about cats, unfortunately.

Yes it was necessary as she is one that believes oldwives tales which the segment was getting at about cat's stealing kids breath but it's actually trolls instead.
